bookkeeper

Job Duties:

 

  • Post general entries
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Prepare trail balance of books
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Reconcile accounts

Requirements

  • Good Command of English
  • Well organized with good judgement and accuracy
  • Completion of a college program in accounting, bookkeeping or a related field or High School with minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping.
