- Prepare full course meals including veg and non-veg curries according to restaurant menu.
- Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc)
- Monitor and maintain clean working area and cooking surface.
- knowledge of Indian spices to cook ethnic curries.
- Responsible for making sure that food quality is as per required standards.
- Try to learn the new Indian style recipes.
- Oversee kitchen operations to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- Work with minimal supervision.
- Train staff in cooking, preparation and handling staff.
